I am an experienced ICT professional, TVET trainer, Educator, Administrator, Trained Records Manager and Community Development Advocate with a strong passion for empowering Learners and Communities through Technology and Education. With extensive experience in vocational training, academic administration and digital literacy, I have dedicated my career to improving access to quality education and promoting innovative learning solutions that positively impact society.
I have served in various leadership and training roles, including ICT Instructor, Principal, Academic Registrar and Management Information Systems Officer in different academic institutions and organizations. My expertise spans in ICT training, Website Design and Development, Graphics’ Design, Database Management & Administration, Curriculum Development and Educational Technology. I have also skilled in Stakeholder Engagement, Communication Strategy Development and managing organizational programs to support institutional growth and learner success.
Beyond my professional work, I am deeply committed to community transformation, youth mentorship, women empowerment and advocacy for social justice and peace initiatives. Driven by this passion and desire to create meaningful change, I am among the founders of Hai-Tec Empowerment Initiative, a Community-Based Organization focused on empowering individuals and communities through the effective use of available Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). I have closely worked with adolescents, women and community groups to inspire positive social change through education, digital skills and leadership development. My mission is to contribute meaningfully to organizations and communities while promoting innovation, inclusiveness, sustainable digital empowerment and lifelong learning.
